Non solo, \u00e8 anche un percorso pratico attraverso il quale ho potuto mettermi in gioco e scoprire che l\u2019espressione e la pratica della creativit\u00e0 riducono lo stress e le nevrosi, generando un circuito di fiducia, apertura, ottimismo che induce il nostro sistema a produrre ossitocina che \u00e8 l\u2019ormone della felicit\u00e0 e dell\u2019amore.<\/p><p>Il saggio \u00e8 strutturato come un piccolo manuale in tre macro sezioni: la prima riguarda il Sapere, la seconda il Fare, nella quale presento il mio metodo artistico-creativo, la terza riguarda
